Meet Jon Peacock

Jon Peacock is a pastor, speaker, and leadership coach with over two decades of experience leading teams and building systems that scale. In 2010, Jon founded Mission Church in the Chicago suburbs with a few friends in his living room. What started as a handful of people now reaches thousands every weekend.
In 2020, he launched Unfinished Leadership, a coaching and consulting practice that helps leaders and organizations develop resilience, dynamic systems, and sustainable daily habits.
Known for his down-to-earth style and practical wisdom, Jon regularly coaches executive leaders and speaks at churches, conferences, and organizations that are serious about growth.
When he’s not leading or speaking, you’ll find him loving time with his family, training for triathlons, or helping C-suite leaders go further than they thought possible.
