  • In the fall of 2010 a few friends gathered in my home to begin the wild journey of starting what is known today as Mission Church. What began with 20 people now reaches thousands every weekend. What an adventure it’s been and continues to be. 

    I spend most of my time loving my family, those who work on my Staff, training for triathlons and taking C-Suite leaders to places they would not go on their own. 

    In 2020 I founded Unfinished Leadership, a Coaching and Consulting Company that helps leaders and organizations develop resilience, dynamic systems and daily habits.
